How do I add a nose & mouth from another photo onto a different face using photoshop CS3? - photos and mouth infections

I have a picture of a girl, and I want to record on a different nose and mouth with a picture of different girls can too. I want it to look good in the right size and color mixing. Has anyone some advice on how best to fulfill this task and in return we need to hurry? I'm using version CS3 (mainly work) in Photoshop .... Thank you for your help!
